Responsibilities
Deploy, administer, and operate Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File Server, WSUS, Certificate Services, and other Microsoft infrastructure services.
Administer Exchange On-premises, Exchange Online, and Hybrid Exchange, including mailboxes, groups, mail flow, connectors, transport rules, permissions, archives, quotas, and email troubleshooting.
Manage Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Entra Connect, Enterprise Applications, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and user account lifecycle.
Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, licensing, and data sharing/access policies.
Monitor system performance, capacity, availability, and health; handle incidents, service requests, and changes in accordance with ITSM processes and SLAs.
Operate backup and restore solutions for Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365; participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
Use PowerShell/Microsoft Graph PowerShell to automate administration tasks, health checks, reporting, and configuration standardization.
Implement Microsoft security policies including Windows hardening, MFA, Conditional Access, audit logging, and privileged account management; coordinate with SOC/Information Security teams on security incidents.
Maintain operational documentation, system diagrams, SOPs, health-check checklists, and troubleshooting guides.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Networks, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience administering or operating Microsoft systems in an enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, OU, Groups/Permissions, FSMO, AD Replication, and System State Backup/Restore, with troubleshooting experience in AD/DNS/Kerberos/Trust issues.
Hands-on experience with Exchange On-premises/Online, mail flow, connectors, transport rules, mailboxes, and email troubleshooting.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID/Azure AD, particularly identity synchronization, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, and Enterprise Applications.
Strong PowerShell skills with the ability to develop automation scripts and operational reports.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft security, including Windows hardening, privileged accounts, audit/sign-in logs, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and anti-spam/phishing.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and system-thinking skills, with good collaboration across Infrastructure, Security, Application, and vendor teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Hybrid Identity/Hybrid Exchange in large enterprise environments.
Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Purview, DLP, Retention, and eDiscovery.
Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and Endpoint Management.
Experience with backup solutions such as Veeam, Veritas, or Avamar.
Experience in monitoring, alerting, log analysis, or SOC integration.
Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Administrator, Identity & Access Administrator, or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
