Responsibilities
Deploy, administer, and operate Windows/Linux server systems, virtualization systems, and IT infrastructure.
Manage, configure, and optimize infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Certificate, Backup...
Administer storage systems, servers, virtualization, and related infrastructure platforms.
Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot systems, ensuring service stability and availability.
Coordinate with DevOps, Network, Security, and Software Development teams in system deployment and operation.
Perform upgrades, optimize performance, and ensure security for IT infrastructure.
Build technical documentation, operating procedures, and system deployment plans.
Research, propose, and apply new infrastructure technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Experience
3+ years of experience as a System Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or equivalent.
Experience deploying and operating Production systems.
Knowledge & Technology
Proficient in Windows Server or Linux Server.
Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms.
Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Backup, and Storage.
Knowledge of Networking, Firewall, Load Balancer, and TCP/IP protocols.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Cloud is an advantage.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, or Grafana is an advantage.
Skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Proactive, responsible, and a good team player.
Ability to research and apply new technologies.
Preferred
Microsoft, VMware, Red Hat, or Cisco certifications.
Experience automating with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Experience deploying infrastructure for DevOps or CI/CD environments.
Experience using AI/AI Coding Assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT...) to support automation, administration, and system operations.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
