DevOps / System Engineer

Responsibilities
1. Infrastructure & System Management
Design, deploy, and operate on-premise Kubernetes (K8s) infrastructure
Manage and optimize containerization using Docker, Kubernetes
Experience with public cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) is an advantage
2. Monitoring & Observability
Build and operate monitoring systems:
Prometheus, Grafana
ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
OpenTelemetry
Track and analyze system metrics: latency, error rate, throughput, resource usage
3. DevOps Tools & Automation
Use and manage tools:
Ansible, Helm Chart
GitLab CI/CD, GitLab Runner
Harbor, Nexus
Integrate security tools (DevSecOps) into the pipeline
4. CI/CD & Release Automation
Design and operate processes:
CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment)
Automate:
Build, test, deploy the system
Ensure fast, stable releases and minimize errors
5. Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Deploy and manage infrastructure with: Terraform, Ansible
Write scripts to automate operations: Python / Bash / Golang
6. Collaboration & System Improvement
Coordinate with the Dev team to:
Troubleshoot the system
Optimize architecture & performance
Research and apply new DevOps technologies to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
At least 3+ years of DevOps / System Engineer experience
Hands-on experience with:
Kubernetes production
CI/CD pipelines
Infrastructure automation
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Information Systems
Preferred certifications:
CKA (Kubernetes)
AWS/GCP/Azure
Linux / DevOps

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
