Joining the O2O Real Estate Business Division, you will help build platforms and products that apply Artificial Intelligence to enhance customer experience, optimize business operations and support data-driven decision-making.
You will work alongside the Product, Engineering and Business teams to research, develop and deploy AI solutions such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Recommendation Systems, Intelligent Search and Machine Learning into products serving millions of users.
Responsibilities
Research, develop and deploy AI solutions for the products and platforms of the O2O Real Estate Business Division.
Build, train, evaluate and optimize Machine Learning, Deep Learning or Generative AI models.
Develop applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents or Workflow Automation to improve user experience and streamline operations.
Design and build AI features such as Chatbots, AI Assistants, Intelligent Search, Recommendation Systems, Document AI or intelligent data-analytics solutions.
Build Data Pipelines, AI Services and RESTful APIs to support AI development and integration into the system.
Deploy, monitor and optimize AI models on Cloud or On-premise environments, ensuring performance, scalability and stability.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Data Engineers and Backend Engineers to analyze business requirements and propose and implement suitable AI solutions.
Track model performance after deployment, assess quality and continuously improve to meet business goals.
Proactively research and apply new AI technologies to products.
Requirements
Experience
At least 3 years of experience developing AI products or solutions.
Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning or Generative AI; candidates who have deployed AI models to Production are preferred.
Experience developing AI Services or Backend in Python is an advantage.
Knowledge & Technology
Proficient in Python and AI frameworks/libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.
Experience with one or more of: LLM, RAG, AI Agent, NLP, Computer Vision, OCR, Recommendation Systems.
Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex is an advantage.
Understanding of RESTful API, Microservices, Docker, Git, Linux and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or data-processing tools (Spark, Airflow) is a plus.
Skills
Analytical thinking, problem-solving and the ability to learn new technologies.
Teamwork, communication and coordination with Product, Business and Engineering teams.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
Preferred
Experience developing AI products in Real Estate, E-commerce, Fintech or Marketplace.
Experience building AI Chatbots, AI Agents, AI Copilots, Intelligent Search, Recommendation Systems or Data Pipeline/MLOps.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
