Responsibilities
Research, design, and develop Artificial Intelligence solutions, platforms, and products.
Build, train, integrate, and optimize Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, or Generative AI models based on product requirements.
Develop AI-powered services and applications that can be integrated with existing systems, data sources, and business platforms.
Collect, process, and analyze data to support the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI models.
Evaluate AI models and systems based on accuracy, performance, reliability, cost efficiency, and user experience.
Deploy, monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot AI systems in production environments.
Collaborate with Product, Business, Data, and Engineering teams to analyze requirements and implement practical AI solutions.
Research, experiment with, and recommend new technologies, models, and approaches in the AI field.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with commonly used AI libraries and frameworks.
Solid knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, data processing, and the AI model development lifecycle.
Experience in building, integrating, and deploying AI services through APIs or equivalent system architectures.
Experience working with databases, data storage systems, and source code management tools.
Understanding of model evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization in production environments.
Strong analytical, system design, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience developing products using Generative AI, Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, AI Agents, or other modern AI technologies.
Experience with Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, Search, OCR, or Document AI.
Experience deploying AI systems on cloud platforms.
Experience with Docker, CI/CD, microservices, or other system deployment and operation technologies.
Understanding of MLOps, model monitoring, AI evaluation, data pipelines, or workflow automation.
Experience developing AI solutions for sales, customer service, operations, data analytics, or business process automation.
Product-oriented mindset, proactive approach to technology research, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
