VSF's Production Software Division is looking for an Algorithm Engineer to help build the Application Optimization platform, where algorithms, AI, and data analytics are applied to optimize operations for factories and smart charging stations.
Responsibilities
Analyze data and operational processes to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
Research, build, and deploy algorithms to solve real-world problems: scheduling, routing, resource allocation, and operations optimization.
Develop AI Services and integrate models into internal systems and platforms.
Coordinate with relevant teams to gather requirements, propose, and implement solutions.
Measure model/algorithm performance, propose improvements, and automate processes.
Requirements
Graduate in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Econometrics, or related fields.
Solid foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms with strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge or experience in at least one of: Graph Theory, Operations Research, Optimization (Linear/Integer/Nonlinear Programming).
Proficient in Python; familiarity with computation/optimization libraries (Scipy, HiGHS, SCIP, OR-Tools...) is an advantage.
Preferred: national or Olympiad awards in Mathematics or Informatics.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
