Tester / QA Engineer

Responsibilities
Analyze business documents (SRS, User Stories) and clarify requirements with BA/PO/Dev to define the testing scope.
Develop Test Plans, design Test Cases/Test Scenarios, and prepare test data for assigned projects.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on Web/Mobile/API.
Build, maintain, and expand automation test suites for critical business flows.
Log bugs, track and coordinate with the Dev team to reproduce, verify, and close defects; ensure product quality before release.
Participate in requirement reviews and propose improvements to the testing process and product quality.
Report testing progress and results to the QA Lead/PM.
Mentor and support junior team members (if any).
Requirements
Experience & technical skills:
4–5 years of experience as a Tester/QA/QC in software projects (Web/Mobile/API).
Solid understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall) and testing processes.
Flexible skill requirements — candidates may fit either of the following profiles:
Profile 1 – Strong in Manual Testing: proficient in test case design, in-depth functional testing, and strong business analysis skills; basic Automation Testing skills required (hands-on experience writing/running automation scripts with Selenium, Katalon, Playwright, Appium, etc. is sufficient).
Profile 2 – Strong in Automation Testing: proficient in building automation frameworks (Selenium/Playwright/Cypress/Appium, etc.), with CI/CD experience; a solid Manual Testing foundation is mandatory (test case design, requirement analysis, testing techniques).
Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, etc.) and proficiency with test/bug management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).
Ability to write basic SQL queries for data verification.
Soft skills:
Logical thinking, carefulness, and strong attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration skills with Dev/BA/PM.
Proactive, with a high sense of responsibility for product quality.
Nice to have (not mandatory):
ISTQB Foundation certificate or higher.
Experience in Performance Testing (JMeter, K6, etc.) or basic Security Testing.
Ability to read technical documents in English.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
