Joining the digital platform development team of the V-Green Charging Service project, you will act as the bridge between Business and Engineering in building products for the EV charging station ecosystem. You will take part in business analysis, building product requirements, and accompanying the entire development lifecycle to deliver optimal digital solutions for customers, partners, and internal operations.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of product direction and development, ensuring the product addresses user needs and aligns with business objectives.
Build and manage the Product Backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, user impact, and development resources.
Develop and maintain the Product Roadmap and product development plan across different stages.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems, user needs, product objectives, and solution direction.
Define and clarify Product Requirements, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria, ensuring the development team understands the objectives and expected value of each feature.
Work closely with UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
Represent the product perspective during development; proactively make decisions, clarify requirements, and resolve issues that arise.
Participate in Product Discovery, UAT, acceptance testing, Go-live, and post-launch product performance monitoring.
Analyze product data, user behavior, and key product metrics to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with international partners and markets throughout the product research, development, and implementation process.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
Candidates with a strong Business Analyst background who have transitioned into or taken significant ownership of Product Owner responsibilities are preferred.
Strong product mindset with a solid understanding of Product Lifecycle, Product Discovery, Product Roadmap, and Backlog Management.
Ability to evaluate and prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and data.
Hands-on experience working directly with software development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to make decisions and take ownership of assigned product areas.
Proactive, adaptable, and highly accountable, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a startup or product-focused technology company, with exposure to diverse responsibilities, is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
Good English communication skills, with the ability to work directly with international partners or markets.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, or equivalent tools.
Nice to Have
Experience in EV Charging, Smart Mobility, IoT, E-commerce, CRM, Fintech, or Payment domains.
Experience developing or launching products with a large user base, multiple stakeholders, or across multiple markets.
Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make data-driven product decisions.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
