Joining the digital platform development team of the V-Green Charging Service project, you will act as the bridge between Business and Engineering in building products for the EV charging station ecosystem. You will take part in business analysis, building product requirements, and accompanying the entire development lifecycle to deliver optimal digital solutions for customers, partners, and internal operations.
Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business needs, user requirements, and product objectives.
Propose suitable solutions and develop User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Business Flows, and other relevant documentation.
Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value, user experience, and available development resources.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers, Developers, and QA throughout the product development lifecycle.
Proactively clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure the product is delivered in line with its objectives.
Participate in UAT, product acceptance, go-live, and post-launch performance monitoring.
Analyze data and user feedback to identify and propose product improvements.
Coordinate with international partners and markets.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
Candidates with a strong Business Analyst background and experience performing Product Owner responsibilities are preferred.
Strong product mindset with an understanding of backlog management, feature prioritization, and product roadmap development.
Experience working directly with software development teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proactive, flexible, and highly accountable, with the ability to handle a diverse range of responsibilities.
Experience working at a technology startup or product-based company is preferred, particularly in roles involving varied responsibilities rather than purely outsourced BA projects.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Good English communication skills, with the ability to work directly with international partners and markets.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in EV Charging, Smart Mobility, IoT, E-commerce, CRM, Fintech, or Payment solutions.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience delivering products or systems involving a large user base or multiple stakeholders.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
