Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Coordination (40%)

  • Organize requirement-gathering workshops, standardize requirements, and prepare a “Problem Statement” report for AI/LLM/Web projects.

  • Work with the AI Lead to assess project feasibility and prepare a “Solution Brief” document.

  • Prepare detailed plans: timeline, milestones, deliverables, risks.

  • Track progress, manage risks, update project scope, and update periodic reports.

  • Organize daily/weekly meetings, planning, review, and retrospective per Agile/Scrum.

2. Solution Management & System Deployment (30%)

  • Coordinate with the technical team to evaluate and deploy AI/LLM models on Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Cognitive Services...).

  • Track the integration of AI models into web applications or business workflows.

  • Coordinate UAT, testing, documentation, and handover to users and other P&Ls.

  • Support training and guidance on AI/Web app tools for internal teams.

3. Coordination & Collaboration with Internal Teams (20%)

  • Work with technology vendors (Azure) and internal teams such as Security and Architecture & Infrastructure to ensure alignment.

4. Reporting & Process Improvement (10%)

  • Build project documents as mentioned.

  • Prepare report slides, project presentations, roadmaps, and deployment results for leadership.

  • Maintain documentation, lessons learned, and a knowledge base for AI projects.

  • Synthesize feedback from business and work with the AI Lead to propose new improvements.

  • Propose improvements to the AI/Web project management process (Agile, DevOps, MLOps workflow).

Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Systems Management, Computer Science, or equivalent.

  • 3–5 years of experience managing or coordinating technology projects related to AI, LLM, GenAI, or Web Application projects.

  • Experience with the Azure platform (App Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure DevOps).

  • Proficient with project management tools: Jira, Confluence.

  • Solid grasp of the software development process from Planning – Development – Deployment – Monitoring.

  • Good communication with business and technical teams; effective planning, organizing, and team coordination.

  • Skilled at making report slides, project presentations, and roadmaps for leadership.

Preferred

  • Understanding of AI, LLM lifecycle, prompt engineering, RAG, data labeling & evaluation.

  • Experience deploying AI-integrated web applications (frontend/backend/API).

  • PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum Master, or equivalent.

  • Technical documentation, proposal writing, and user training skills.

  • Good English (reading technical documents and project communication).

  • Problem-solving: Handle technical and schedule issues flexibly.

Working Hours

  • 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
  • 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
  • Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
  • Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
