Responsibilities
Set up and operate project governance processes following Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid standards.
Track progress, scope, quality, budget, and resources of Fintech projects.
Coordinate with Product Manager, Engineering, QA, Business, Security, Risk, Compliance, and related units to ensure effective project delivery.
Prepare dashboards, KPIs, executive reports, Steering Committee reports, and reports to leadership.
Track key milestones, provide early warnings of risks and issues, and propose handling options.
Manage the project backlog, action items, and the RAID Log (Risk, Assumption, Issue, Dependency).
Standardize templates, processes, and project governance documents across the project portfolio.
Manage resource planning, staff allocation, and performance tracking.
Support project budget planning, track CAPEX/OPEX, and control costs.
Coordinate project meetings, record minutes, and track action follow-up.
Ensure compliance with project governance, Change Management, and Release Management.
Help build and improve the PMO Framework for the whole division.
Requirements
Experience
From 03 years of experience as a PMO, Project Coordinator, or in Project Management.
Experience working in Fintech, Banking, E-wallet, Digital Payment, or Technology companies.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience delivering Agile projects is a big advantage.
Knowledge
Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
Understanding of the software development process.
Knowledge of risk management, budget management, and resource management.
Understanding the operating model of Fintech products is an advantage.
Skills
Strong planning and work-organization skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple departments.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Proactive, careful, with logical thinking.
Ability to synthesize, analyze data, and prepare reports.
Managing many tasks in a fast-paced environment.
PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2, PSM, CSM, or an equivalent certification.
Experience delivering Payment, Core Banking, Lending, eKYC, Digital Banking, or E-wallet projects.
Experience in Portfolio Management (managing multiple projects).
Proficient in Power BI or other Dashboard tools.
Experience using AI to improve project management such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Notion AI, or AI Agents.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
