Responsibilities
1. Planning & Schedule Management
Build and maintain the Project Plan, Master Plan, Roadmap, and detailed plans.
Track progress across phases: Requirement, Design, Development, Testing, UAT, Deployment, and Go-live.
Monitor milestones, deadlines, dependencies, and the critical path.
Update actual progress against the plan, analyze causes of delays, flag risks early, and propose corrective actions.
2. Risk & Issue Management
Set up and maintain the Risk & Issue Log.
Track the impact level, owner, deadline, and action for each risk/issue.
Organize escalation for issues beyond the team's authority and follow up on action plans until closure.
3. Quality Management
Track project KPIs and quality metrics.
Monitor defects, defect leakage, UAT issues, and their resolution progress.
Track deliverable quality across each phase.
Coordinate with PM, QA/QC, and other teams to ensure process compliance.
4. Reporting & Governance
Produce Daily/Weekly/Monthly Project Reports.
Consolidate dashboards on: Progress, Schedule, Risk & Issue, Quality, and KPIs.
Prepare content for the Project Steering Committee / Project Review.
Track action items after meetings and ensure owners meet their deadlines.
5. Documentation & Process Management
Set up and manage the project documentation system; control versions, approvals, and document status.
Standardize templates, processes, and project management workflows.
Ensure the project complies with the organization's IT governance regulations.
Requirements
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or IT project management.
Experience delivering software projects, IT systems, or digital transformation initiatives.
Candidates with experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/Hybrid projects are preferred.
Knowledge
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
Solid grasp of Project Management, Risk Management, Change Management, and Resource Management.
Understanding of project governance metrics: Progress, Effort, Cost, Utilization, Defect, KPI, etc.
Skills
Strong analytical thinking and data management.
Skilled in planning, progress tracking, and consolidating reports for management.
Skilled in organizing meetings, following up on actions, communication, coordination, and escalation.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or other project management tools is an advantage.

Establishing a Risk/Issue Management Framework.

Working directly and effectively with PM, Delivery Manager, Tech Lead, BA, QA, and clients.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
