Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and provide technical support for telecommunications infrastructure systems to ensure stable and continuous operation.
Respond to network incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, handle customer complaints/feedback, and resolve faults at telecommunications sites.
Conduct service quality testing, coverage measurement, and support optimization of 3G/4G/5G mobile networks.
Coordinate with mobile network operators, township/property management teams, and relevant stakeholders to ensure mobile signal quality across urban areas and the Group’s facilities.
Perform periodic and new acceptance testing for IBS/BTS projects in coordination with mobile network operators, including inspection of infrastructure such as power systems, equipment, supporting systems, signal coverage, and network quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to site infrastructure, power supply, air-conditioning systems, equipment, and other supporting facilities.
Participate in on-call technical support and emergency incident response when required.
Support relevant teams in the deployment, upgrade, expansion, monitoring, and troubleshooting of mobile signal coverage and repeater infrastructure systems within urban areas.
Use specialized telecommunications testing equipment and software such as TEMS Investigation, TEMS Discovery, AutoCAD, optical power meters, SiteMaster cable analyzers, and other related tools.
Requirements
College degree or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or other related disciplines.
Solid understanding of mobile communication systems and telecommunications infrastructure.
Knowledge of 3G/4G/5G mobile networks.
Experience in operating, deploying, maintaining, or troubleshooting indoor mobile coverage systems (IBS) or outdoor/BTS systems is preferred.
Experience with telecommunications testing tools, software, and measurement equipment is an advantage.
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Good time management and task management skills.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and solutions.
English communication and technical English proficiency are preferred.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
