Responsibilities
Own the development and management of products and features for merchants, stores, and businesses within the Fintech ecosystem.
Research customer needs, market trends, and business objectives to identify product opportunities.
Build the product roadmap, and manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Business, Operations, and Risk/Compliance teams to deliver products from concept to launch.
Create and maintain product documentation such as PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Track product performance post-launch, analyze data, and propose improvements.
Proactively resolve issues that arise during development, ensuring both timeline and product quality.
Ensure products meet merchant needs and align with the company's business objectives.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or an equivalent role.
Hands-on experience building digital products and working closely with Engineering teams.
Strong product mindset, with the ability to break down problems and set clear priorities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
A strong sense of ownership, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking, E-commerce, or merchant-facing products is a plus.
Ability to leverage data to evaluate and improve products is a plus.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
