Business Analyst Lead / Product Owner

Responsibilities
Act as the key liaison between business, operations, and technology teams to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
Analyze existing operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimization, automation, and digitalization solutions.
Develop the product roadmap, define product scope, and prioritize features based on business objectives and user needs.
Manage the Product Backlog and prepare Business Requirements, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, process flows, and other related documentation.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA Engineers, Data teams, and other stakeholders to ensure products are delivered according to requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, backlog refinement, sprint planning, product reviews, and user acceptance testing.
Monitor and evaluate product performance after implementation through operational metrics, business data, and user feedback.
Coordinate, mentor, and review the deliverables of Business Analysts within the team.
Proactively propose initiatives involving AI, data, workflow automation, and digital platforms to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Support the full product lifecycle, from problem identification and solution design to implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Perform other product development and operational optimization responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
Experience leading Business Analysts or independently managing complex products and projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong product mindset with the ability to translate business problems into practical technology solutions.
Proven experience in business process analysis, operational optimization, internal product development, or digital transformation.
Strong proficiency in requirement analysis, process modeling, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Product Backlog management.
Ability to define product metrics, analyze data, and evaluate product and operational performance.
Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Good English communication skills, with the ability to work with English documentation and international stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in technology companies, startups, or O2O business models.
Experience in real estate, retail, e-commerce, CRM, sales operations, or business operations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, UI/UX, APIs, data platforms, AI, and workflow automation tools.
Experience participating throughout the full product lifecycle, rather than working solely on documentation or outsourced projects.
Experience developing internal platforms, operational systems, CRM solutions, or technology products supporting sales and business operations.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
