The Data & AI team within the O2O Real Estate Business Division builds data platforms for digital products, AI, and business analytics. We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join us in building modern data systems that keep data accurate, stable, and ready to serve AI, BI, and business operations.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate Data Pipelines to collect, process, and synchronize data from multiple sources.
Develop and optimize the Data Warehouse and Data Lake for analytics and AI.
Build ETL/ELT processes, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability.
Coordinate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and business teams to meet data needs.
Optimize data processing, querying, and storage at large scale.
Set up monitoring, data quality control, and incident handling.
Contribute to data architecture, Data Governance, and data management standards.
Research, evaluate, and adopt new data technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Experience
5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or equivalent.
Experience building and operating data systems for Production.
Experience with Big Data is an advantage.
Knowledge & Technology
Proficient in Python and SQL.
Experience with one or more of: Apache Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Hadoop, dbt.
Experience with Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and ETL/ELT.
Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis...).
Experience with a Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
Understanding of Data Modeling, Data Governance, and Data Quality.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to design data architecture and optimize processing performance.
Proactive, responsible, and an effective team player.
Preferred
Experience building data platforms for AI/ML.
Experience with Streaming Data, Real-time Data Processing.
Experience in Real Estate, Fintech, E-commerce, or large-scale digital platforms.
Experience using AI/AI Coding Assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT...) to boost development efficiency and optimize workflows.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
