Responsibilities
Proficient in SQL and optimizing data queries to ensure processing performance and data accuracy.
Analyze business and operational data to detect trends, anomalies, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Proactively answer questions from Business, Operations, and Management through data.
Build and maintain dashboards and periodic reports on BI tools (Superset / Power BI / Metabase...).
Coordinate with Business, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to find insights and propose solutions to improve performance.
Track and evaluate KPI, SLA, Productivity, Utilization, and other key operational metrics.
Analyze the effectiveness of business programs, operating policies, and optimization initiatives.
Coordinate with Data Engineers to build and develop Data Marts for analytics needs.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency; check, reconcile, and verify data before reporting.
Present analysis results in language understandable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, or related role.
Strong SQL – this is a mandatory requirement. Understand how queries run and optimize query performance, not just produce results.
Strong analytical thinking: able to break down a business or operational problem into concrete data-analysis steps.
Statistical knowledge (distribution, correlation, ratios, segmentation) and knowing when to apply each method.
Proficient in at least one BI tool (Superset preferred) to build dashboards and visualize data.
Experience working with large-scale data and multiple data sources.
Clear, concise communication and data-presentation skills.
Ability to turn data into insights and propose concrete actions for the business.
Preferred
Understanding of data modeling (Fact/Dimension, Star Schema).
Experience with Data Warehouse or Data Lakehouse such as Doris, ClickHouse, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
Experience with DBT or data transformation processes.
Understanding of A/B Testing, Product Analytics, or Business Performance Analytics.
Experience in Mobility, Ride-hailing, Logistics, Transportation, or E-commerce.
Experience building forecasting models, demand analysis, or operations optimization is an advantage.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
