Senior BA/PO (Tối ưu sản xuất)

• Work directly with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business needs, user needs, and product objectives.

• Analyze complex business problems, propose solutions, and translate requirements into Business Requirements, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Business Flows, and other relevant documentation.

• Contribute to the development of the Product Vision, Product Roadmap, and product delivery plans across different stages.

• Manage and continuously refine the Product Backlog, working with stakeholders to prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and development capacity.

• Lead requirement clarification, impact analysis, scope definition, and resolution of issues throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA, Data/AI teams, and other stakeholders throughout the end-to-end product development process.

• Act as a key bridge between Business and Technology, ensuring development teams clearly understand the business problems, requirements, and expected outcomes.

• Participate in Product Discovery, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, UAT, acceptance testing, Go-live, and post-launch performance monitoring.

• Analyze product data, user feedback, and key metrics to identify issues, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.

• Communicate and collaborate directly with international partners, clients, and stakeholders when required.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.

• Strong Business Analysis fundamentals with proven experience in analyzing and solving complex business problems.

• Hands-on experience in defining User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Business Processes/Flows, Functional Requirements, and managing requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

• Experience in Product Backlog Management, Feature Prioritization, and Product Roadmap planning.

• Ability to work independently with stakeholders, proactively ask the right questions, challenge requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions rather than simply documenting requests.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align multiple parties with different priorities and expectations.

• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and hands-on experience working with Engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong product and business mindset, with the ability to balance business value, user experience, and technical feasibility.

• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, discuss requirements, present solutions, and work directly with international stakeholders.

• Proactive, ownership-driven, and strong in problem-solving and decision-making.

• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, or equivalent tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on products or solutions involving AI or Generative AI.

• Understanding of LLMs, AI Assistants/AI Agents, RAG, Chatbots, Recommendation Systems, Intelligent Automation, or other enterprise AI applications.

• Experience collaborating with Data/AI Engineers or defining AI use cases, requirements, and business value for AI-powered products.

• Experience in product technology companies, startups, or large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders or markets.
