Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate Cloud/Kubernetes infrastructure for V-Green's software systems.
Build, optimize, and automate CI/CD processes to accelerate software development and deployment.
Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automating provisioning and infrastructure configuration.
Set up Monitoring, Logging, and Alerting to ensure observability across the entire system.
Administer Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and other Container Orchestration platforms.
Coordinate with Backend, Mobile, QA, and SRE to optimize the development and deployment process.
Build and maintain DevSecOps, integrating Security Scanning into the CI/CD pipeline.
Manage the Artifact Repository, Container Registry, and Versioning.
Participate in system incident handling, performance optimization, scalability, and High Availability.
Research and apply new DevOps, Cloud Native, and Platform Engineering technologies to improve software development efficiency.
Coordinate, allocate work, and closely track the progress of team members.
Coach, mentor, and design career development paths to build each member's expertise.
Requirements
Experience
From 03 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or equivalent.
Experience deploying and operating Production systems.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum is an advantage.
Knowledge & Technology
Understanding of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, and CI/CD processes.
Experience with one or more tools: GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Terraform, Ansible.
Experience with Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and Infrastructure as Code.
Understanding of Networking, Security, High Availability, and Scalability.
Skills
An automation and system-optimization mindset.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.
Proactive in learning, researching, and applying new technologies.
Preferred
Experience with Cloud Native, GitOps, DevSecOps, or Platform Engineering.
Experience operating large-scale systems or IoT platforms.
Able to use AI/AI Coding Assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT...) to improve software development and operations.
Holding professional certifications: CKA, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Google Professional Cloud Architect, etc.
Experience deploying systems compliant with international security/compliance standards: ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOX, etc.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
