Responsibilities
Research, design, and develop AI platforms and products for the real estate industry and O2O business models.
Build Agentic AI systems, AI assistants, and autonomous agents capable of planning, reasoning, using tools, and executing business workflows.
Develop applications powered by Large Language Models, RAG, semantic search, enterprise knowledge bases, and intelligent question-answering systems.
Design multi-agent architectures, agent workflows, memory mechanisms, tool-calling capabilities, and agent orchestration.
Integrate AI and LLM solutions with internal systems, enterprise data sources, APIs, and real estate business platforms.
Build, deploy, and optimize AI services using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or equivalent frameworks.
Evaluate AI models and applications based on accuracy, relevance, latency, operational cost, reliability, and user experience.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI systems running in production environments.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical AI solutions.
Research, experiment with, and recommend emerging technologies in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI-powered automation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI, or AI product development.
Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience building AI services using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
Experience with one or more frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent technologies.
Experience working with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source language models.
Solid understanding of AI agent architecture, multi-agent systems, tool calling, memory, planning, and orchestration.
Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and the AI model development, evaluation, and deployment lifecycle.
Experience with APIs, microservices, Docker, Git, Linux, and CI/CD.
Strong system design, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and production-ready AI solutions.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building and operating Agentic AI or Generative AI systems in production.
Experience with vector databases such as Milvus, Qdrant, Weaviate, Pinecone, Elasticsearch, or PostgreSQL/pgvector.
Experience deploying AI applications on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of LLM evaluation, guardrails, observability, hallucination mitigation, and model cost optimization.
Experience with workflow automation and orchestration tools such as n8n, Airflow, or equivalent platforms.
Experience in recommendation systems, search engines, OCR, Document AI, or real estate data processing.
Experience developing AI products for sales, customer service, operations, or business process automation.
Strong product mindset, continuous learning attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
