Product Manager (VG)

Product Strategy

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for V-Green's product ecosystem.

• Translate company objectives into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes.

• Decide which products and capabilities to build, improve, integrate, or stop.

• Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, cost, risk, and delivery capacity.

Multi-System Product Ownership

• Lead a complex ecosystem spanning customer applications, charging station and device management, payments, billing, reconciliation, operations, monitoring, CRM, customer service, loyalty, data, analytics, and partner integrations.

• Ensure seamless customer journeys and reliable data flows across systems.

• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to manage APIs, dependencies, scalability, reliability, and technical constraints.

• Identify integration risks, system failures, and downstream impact before they affect customers or operations.

Team Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners.

• Establish clear team structures, ownership areas, responsibilities, and KPIs.

• Recruit, coach, and develop product talent.

• Improve the quality of discovery, prioritization, product briefs, PRDs, and product reviews.

• Build a culture of accountability, evidence-based decisions, and continuous improvement.

Execution and Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem discovery and solution definition to delivery and impact measurement.

• Work closely with Business, Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service.

• Manage roadmaps, resources, dependencies, and delivery risks across multiple teams.

• Work directly with international teams, vendors, and strategic partners.

• Communicate product progress, risks, results, and key decisions to senior leadership.

Product Performance

• Define KPIs across growth, customer experience, operations, reliability, and financial performance.

• Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify root causes and prioritize improvements.

• Monitor adoption, conversion, retention, uptime, failure rate, SLA performance, and operating cost.

• Ensure every major initiative has a clearly defined problem, baseline, target outcome, and measurement plan.

• At least 7 years of experience in technology product management, including 3–5 years leading Product teams at Manager, Senior Manager, or equivalent level.

• Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing Product Managers and Product Owners.

• Strong experience owning a complex, multi-system product ecosystem involving customer-facing products, back-office platforms, payments, operations, data, and third-party integrations.

• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, portfolio priorities, roadmaps, and product operating models.

• Experience with high-volume transactional, real-time, or operationally critical systems.

• Strong systems thinking, with a practical understanding of APIs, data flows, system dependencies, and platform architecture.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data and measurable outcomes.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Professional English proficiency is mandatory. The candidate must be able to lead meetings, deliver presentations, negotiate, and work directly with international stakeholders.

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly changing environment.
