Responsibilities
Participate in analyzing, designing, and developing software systems for production, operations, and management at the VinFast factory.
Develop Backend applications, APIs, and integration services on the .NET/.NET Core platform.
Build and optimize systems for production management, equipment, quality, warehouse, maintenance, and factory operations data.
Integrate systems with internal platforms such as MES, ERP, WMS, IoT systems, production equipment, or third-party software.
Analyze business requirements, propose technical solutions, and coordinate with BA, Frontend, QA, DevOps, and operations units.
Optimize performance, ensuring system stability, scalability, and security.
Participate in deployment, operation, monitoring, and incident handling in Production.
Perform code reviews, write technical documentation, and contribute to the team's software development standards.
Research and apply AI and programming-assistant tools to improve software development productivity and quality.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
From 04 years of experience developing software with C# and .NET/.NET Core.
Solid grasp of OOP, SOLID, Design Patterns, and principles for building scalable software.
Experience building RESTful APIs, Web APIs, Microservices and Backend systems.
Proficient in a database management system such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and database query optimization.
Understanding of Authentication, Authorization, JWT, OAuth2, and application security principles.
Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum development.
Ability to analyze requirements, solve problems, and collaborate well with stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience developing systems for factories, production, MES, ERP, WMS, SCM, or equipment management.
Experience with Microservices architecture, Event-driven Architecture, or Domain-Driven Design.
Experience with Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other Message Queue systems.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Cloud platforms.
Experience deploying and operating systems with large user or data volumes.
Ability to use AI software-development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor.
Experience in technology, automotive manufacturing, smart factories, or digital transformation is an advantage.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
