Join the O2O Real Estate Business Division to build technology platforms serving the entire real-estate transaction journey from online to offline. You will help build core systems that handle large transaction volumes, integrate multiple services and support millions of visits, contributing to the digitalization of real-estate business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and optimize Backend systems for the O2O real-estate business platform.

  • Analyze business requirements and design a Microservices architecture ensuring performance, scalability and stability.

  • Develop RESTful APIs for the Website, Mobile App and internal systems.

  • Design and optimize databases, handling big-data and concurrent-transaction problems.

  • Integrate with CRM, ERP, Payment Gateway, eKYC, digital maps, SMS/Email and third-party services.

  • Build asynchronous processing systems using a Message Queue (Kafka/RabbitMQ).

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Frontend Developers, QA and DevOps throughout product development.

  • Perform Code Reviews, Unit Tests, Integration Tests and optimize source-code quality.

  • Help resolve incidents, optimize system performance and ensure service SLAs.

  • Contribute to the team's architecture, coding guidelines and best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of Backend development experience with Java.

  • Proficient in Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security and Spring Data JPA/Hibernate.

  • Experience designing, developing and optimizing RESTful APIs.

  • Experience building systems with Microservices and Event-driven Architecture.

  • Proficient with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and caching systems (Redis).

  • Experience with Message Queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

  • Solid grasp of OOP, SOLID, Design Patterns, Clean Code and Clean Architecture.

  • Experience with Docker, Git and Agile/Scrum development processes.

  • Ability to analyze business requirements, design technical solutions and optimize system performance.

  • Product mindset, proactively proposing technical solutions to improve quality and user experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience deploying systems on Kubernetes and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).

  • Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Prometheus, Grafana or the ELK Stack.

  • Experience building CI/CD with GitLab CI, Jenkins or equivalent tools.

  • Experience developing large-scale systems with High Concurrency or High Traffic.

  • Experience in PropTech, FinTech, CRM, Marketplace or e-commerce platforms.

AI application experience

  • Experience using AI Coding Assistants such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor AI or equivalent to improve software-development efficiency.

  • Ability to apply AI to activities such as requirement analysis, code generation, algorithm optimization, writing Unit Tests, testing, code review and debugging.

  • Knowledge of AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini…) or experience integrating AI features into products is an advantage.

  • Proactively research, evaluate and apply AI Tools to improve productivity, code quality and product-development efficiency.

Working Hours

  • 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
  • 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
  • Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
  • Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
