We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of software applications and platforms for the electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem.
You will be responsible for developing backend systems using Java and Spring Boot, building scalable APIs and services, and ensuring system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop RESTful APIs and backend services supporting applications within the EV ecosystem.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Implement new features while ensuring system quality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
Work with databases and optimize queries and data processing.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Write unit tests and maintain high-quality, clean, and maintainable code.
Collaborate with Frontend, QA, DevOps, Product, and other engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to improving system stability and reliability.
Contribute to architecture improvements, engineering standards, and technical best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in Java software development.
Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
Good understanding of Spring Framework, OOP, Design Patterns, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or equivalent database technologies.
Experience with Git and good understanding of Agile/Scrum software development practices.
Hands-on experience with Unit Testing, Debugging, and Troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with Microservices Architecture.
Experience with Kafka, Redis, or Message Queue technologies.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Experience developing systems with high requirements for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Experience in Automotive, Electric Vehicle (EV), Mobility, or IoT domains is a plus.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
