Backend Developer (Tối ưu sx)

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize backend services, APIs, and business logic systems for technology products.

  • Build scalable, high-performance, reliable backend systems capable of supporting large user bases.

  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, Microservices, and internal/external services.

  • Work with SQL/NoSQL databases, design data models, and optimize database queries.

  • Participate in system architecture design, technical solution evaluation, and continuous system improvement.

  • Collaborate closely with Product/BA, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.

  • Perform code reviews, write unit tests, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high code quality.

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.

  • Contribute to engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Backend Development or a similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in at least one of the following backend languages/frameworks:

    • Golang

    • Python

    • Java

    • C# / .NET

    • Node.js / TypeScript

  • Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, and Software Engineering.

  • Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs, Microservices, or Distributed Systems.

  • Experience with at least one database technology such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, or equivalent.

  • Good understanding of authentication/authorization, API security, and fundamental backend security principles.

  • Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system performance optimization skills.

  • Proactive, ownership-driven, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other Message Queue/Event Streaming platforms.

  • Experience with Kubernetes, Cloud platforms, or high-traffic systems.

  • Knowledge of System Design, Distributed Systems, High Availability, and Scalability.

  • Experience developing products or systems related to AI, Fintech, E-commerce, or real-time systems.

Working Hours

  • 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
  • 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
  • Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
  • Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
