Responsibilities
Develop and upgrade software products serving management, sales, and dealership system operations.
Build web interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Develop backend, business logic, and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
Design and optimize databases and system performance.
Integrate with internal and third-party systems.
Collaborate with PO, BA, UI/UX, and QA during product development.
Perform code review, testing, bug fixing, and support system operation.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Fullstack application development.
Proficient in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Experience with Node.js, preferably NestJS or Express.js.
Experience in developing RESTful APIs and working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Understanding of authentication, authorization, and web application security.
Experience using Git and working with Agile/Scrum.
Logical thinking, proactive, and good teamwork skills.
Preferred
Experience in developing dealership management software, CRM, ERP, sales, inventory, or warranty systems.
Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Redis, Kafka, or Cloud.
Product-oriented mindset and attention to user experience.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
