Responsibilities
Monitor the operational status of software/applications serving residents; promptly identify and resolve any abnormal issues.
Perform daily system operations in accordance with assigned procedures.
Receive, review, and categorize software-related requests/incidents reported by residents and operating units.
Coordinate with IT, Product, Developers, Customer Service, the Management Board, and partners to resolve incidents, ensuring response and resolution times meet requirements.
Check and reconcile information and data in the system when issues arise; coordinate the resolution of inaccurate or unsynchronized data.
Participate in testing new software features and versions before official deployment.
Monitor results after deployment, document any arising issues, and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.
Consolidate errors, incidents, and user feedback; analyze recurring issues and propose improvement solutions.
Provide guidance and support to relevant units during the use and operation of the software.
Prepare periodic reports on operational status, incidents, and outstanding issues requiring resolution.
Perform other software operation-related tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/College degree, preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in software operations, Application Support, IT Support, Product Operations, QA/UAT, or an equivalent role.
Ability to quickly learn and understand software, systems, and business processes.
Strong analytical thinking with good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good coordination skills, with the ability to work with multiple departments to follow through and resolve tasks to completion.
Basic knowledge of databases/SQL, APIs, system logs, or software testing processes is preferred.
Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Service-oriented mindset, with a focus on resident/user experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating applications/software with a large user base.
Experience working in real estate, urban/property management, customer service, or user-facing platforms.
Experience working with vendors/suppliers.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
