Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and operate Fullstack web applications, including Frontend, Backend and APIs, ensuring performance, scalability and stability.

  • Participate in requirement analysis, propose technical solutions and collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX Designers and development teams to deliver features in an Agile/Scrum model.

  • Build modern user interfaces optimized for experience and performance using frameworks such as React, Next.js or equivalent.

  • Develop Backend services, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, business logic and integrations with internal systems and third-party services.

  • Design and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL), ensuring query efficiency, data integrity and scalability.

  • Write high-quality code following coding standards, code review, unit tests, integration tests and CI/CD processes.

  • Deploy, operate and optimize systems on Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP or equivalent), ensuring application availability and security.

  • Proactively research and adopt new technologies to improve product quality and development efficiency.

Requirements

Knowledge & Experience

  • At least 4 years of Full Stack application development experience.

  • Proficient in one or more modern Frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js or equivalent.

  • Experience developing Backend with Node.js (NestJS/ExpressJS) or similar platforms.

  • Solid understanding of web application architecture, system design principles and the Client–Server model.

  • Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs.

  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB or equivalent.

  • Knowledge and experience deploying applications on Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Proficient in Git and modern development processes (Git Flow, CI/CD).

Skills

  • Strong logical thinking, effective analysis and problem-solving.

  • Able to work independently as well as collaborate well in an Agile environment.

  • Proactive, responsible and eager to learn new technologies.

  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.

Preferred

  • Experience integrating or developing features using AI/LLM, RAG, AI Agents or AI services such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.

  • Experience developing products that apply AI in practice.

  • Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), SAP or equivalent ERP platforms.

  • Knowledge of Microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes and DevOps is an advantage.

  • Experience optimizing system performance, security and scalability.

Nice to have

  • Experience building or developing SaaS, Enterprise or large-scale platform products.

  • Experience with Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), Redis and Elasticsearch.

  • Ability to design system architecture and provide technical solutions for complex problems.

  • An ownership mindset, ready to accompany the product from development to operation.

Working Hours

  • 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
  • 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
  • Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
  • Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
