Responsibilities
Operate and monitor software systems that support the Company's business and operational activities, ensuring the systems run in a stable, continuous, and efficient manner.
Track, detect, and coordinate the resolution of incidents; work with development teams, vendors, and relevant stakeholders to fix and optimize systems.
Participate in the deployment, upgrade, configuration, and acceptance testing of new software systems or changes to existing systems.
Perform data backup and recovery, and verify data availability in accordance with regulations.
Provide L1/L2 user support; receive, analyze, and resolve support requests related to software systems.
Manage user accounts, assign access permissions, and carry out control activities in compliance with information security regulations.
Coordinate with other departments to review accounts, conduct security checks, and handle issues related to system operations.
Support the rollout of new features, perform basic testing, and provide post-deployment operational support.
Participate in supporting system deployment at new sites/locations when required.
Develop and update operational documentation and user guides, and take part in internal user training.
Propose solutions to improve operational efficiency, optimize processes, and enhance the user experience.
Requirements
1. Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
Minimum of 03 years of experience in software operations, system support, or enterprise application administration.
Experience working with one or more enterprise software systems such as CRM, ERP, BI/Reporting, SharePoint, RPA, or similar platforms.
Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL, SQL Server, or equivalent), with the ability to perform queries and data checks for operational purposes.
Understanding of Windows Server and Linux server environments and infrastructure components that support system operations.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress and Drupal is a plus.
2. Skills
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication and user support skills.
A sense of responsibility, proactivity at work, and a mindset of continuous improvement.
Ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a team.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
3. Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating large-scale software systems serving multiple units or a large number of users.
Experience working with software vendors and system implementation partners.
Understanding of IT risk management, information security, and IT service operations processes.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
