Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements, deploy, and operate MES systems for manufacturing plants.
Develop, configure, and optimize MES functions to meet production requirements.
Integrate MES with ERP, WMS, PLM, SCADA, PLC, IoT Platform, and related systems.
Build and optimize production management processes such as Production Order, Work Order, Traceability, Genealogy, Quality Management, and Shop Floor Control.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics to survey, analyze, and implement business requirements.
Support incident handling, performance optimization, and ensuring the MES runs stably 24/7.
Participate in line-expansion, new-factory, and digital-transformation projects in manufacturing.
Design and develop reports, Dashboards, and KPIs for production management.
Build technical documentation, operating manuals, and end-user training.
Coordinate with Infrastructure, Database, Automation, Data, and AI teams to build a Smart Manufacturing platform.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Automation, Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
3+ years of experience deploying or developing MES systems in a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of production processes in automotive, electronics, mechanical, or manufacturing industries.
Experience with one or more MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter (Camstar), Dassault DELMIA Apriso, Rockwell FactoryTalk, SAP ME, or equivalent.
Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL databases.
Ability to develop or integrate systems with Java, C#, .NET, or equivalent technologies.
Understanding of REST API, SOAP, Web Services, and system integration.
Experience with ERP, WMS, PLM, SCADA, PLC, or IoT systems is an advantage.
Ability to analyze business, handle incidents, and optimize production processes.
Bonus points
Experience deploying Smart Factory or Industry 4.0.
Understanding of ISA-95, ISA-88, and standards in the Manufacturing Execution System field.
Experience with OPC UA, MQTT, Kafka, or other industrial data protocols.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or Microservices architecture.
Experience building Dashboards with Power BI, Grafana, or other BI platforms.
Understanding of Data Platform, AI, Machine Learning, or Computer Vision in manufacturing is an advantage.
Proactively applying AI Coding Assistants and AI Productivity Tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini...) to improve development, testing, and system optimization.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
