Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS, TypeScript and modern Frontend technologies.
Design and implement scalable Frontend architectures, including Monorepo and Micro Frontend.
Build and maintain reusable component libraries and a Design System to improve development efficiency and ensure consistency.
Develop shared Frontend modules and libraries reusable across multiple products and teams.
Manage application state with Redux Toolkit, Jotai, Zustand, React Context or equivalent technologies.
Implement effective data-fetching, caching and synchronization strategies with React Query and related tools.
Integrate and consume RESTful API and GraphQL services.
Optimize application performance through techniques such as Code Splitting, Lazy Loading, Memoization, Bundle Optimization and improved rendering.
Collaborate closely with Backend Engineers, Product Owners, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers and DevOps Engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, code reviews and continuous-improvement activities.
Build and maintain Unit Tests and Integration Tests, and support CI/CD processes to ensure software quality.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in Frontend development.
Proficient in ReactJS, TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience building large-scale web applications on the React ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with state-management solutions such as Redux Toolkit, Redux Saga, Redux Thunk, Jotai, Zustand or React Context API.
Experience with React Query (TanStack Query), Axios, REST API and GraphQL.
Deep understanding of Frontend architecture patterns, especially Monorepo Architecture and Micro Frontend Architecture.
Experience with Nx, Turborepo, Module Federation, Webpack 5 or equivalent technologies.
Experience building UI Component Libraries, Design Systems and Storybook-based workflows.
Strong understanding of web performance optimization and Frontend best practices.
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or equivalent.
Experience with Git, CI/CD Pipelines and Agile/Scrum development processes.
Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred
Experience with Next.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
Experience developing enterprise-scale products across multiple teams and business domains.
Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, SonarQube or equivalent.
Experience designing Frontend platforms, shared frameworks or internal development tools.
Good English communication skills.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
