IT Infrastructure Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities
Manage procurement activities for Technology Infrastructure projects, including:
Servers, Storage, Networking, and Security
Cloud Services: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform
GPU/AI Infrastructure: NVIDIA H100, H200, B200/B300, or equivalent platforms
Internet, Data Center, and Telecom Services
Source, evaluate, select, and develop a network of technology vendors and partners.
Conduct RFQ/RFP processes, market price benchmarking, quotation comparison, and commercial evaluation.
Negotiate pricing, discounts, contracts, payment terms, SLAs, and other commercial terms with suppliers.
Coordinate procurement, tendering, and contract execution procedures in accordance with company policies.
Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, acceptance, payment, and resolve issues arising during project execution.
Manage and evaluate supplier performance based on pricing, quality, delivery, and service responsiveness.
Work closely with Sales, Project Management, Presales, Engineering, and Finance/Accounting teams throughout project delivery.
Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and vendor policies to optimize procurement costs and overall purchasing efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
IT/ICT Procurement
Infrastructure Procurement
Telecom Procurement
Technology Procurement
IT Vendor Management
Hands-on procurement experience with one or more of the following categories:
Servers and Storage
Network and Security
Cloud Services
Data Center/Telecom Services
GPU/AI Infrastructure
Experience working with one or more major technology vendors/platforms such as:
Dell Technologies, HPE, Cisco, Microsoft
AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure
VMware/Broadcom, NVIDIA
Experience in RFQ/RFP processes, quotation analysis, supplier evaluation, and commercial negotiation.
Experience in IT tendering or procurement for large-scale technology projects is a strong advantage.
Strong capability in cost analysis, commercial comparison, and procurement budget optimization.
Good communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Good English proficiency, with the ability to review contracts/commercial documents and communicate or negotiate with international partners.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
