IT Procedures Leader

Responsibilities
Manage and develop the process for handling IT procurement documentation, from request intake, ordering, and acceptance to payment.
Develop and standardize processes, forms, and documentation plans in line with project timelines.
Control handover records, purchase orders, invoices, payments, and related receivables/payables.
Track contracts, budgets, costs, and revenue; flag cases of schedule delays or budget overruns.
Manage document archiving, ensuring completeness, accuracy, confidentiality, and readiness for inspection/audit requirements.
Lead the digitization of records, build tools to track processing status, and optimize turnaround time.
Manage, assign, and guide the team responsible for procedural tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in procurement, documentation, or administrative procedures, including at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Experience in building processes, controlling documentation and budgets, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
Strong team management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to apply technology/AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
English reading comprehension equivalent to IELTS 5.0–5.5, TOEIC 500–650, or CEFR B1–B1+.
Candidates with IT sector experience preferred.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
