As Agentic AI technology continues to advance and become a core driver of digital transformation, we're looking for an energetic, tech-minded Project Manager to help our team build cutting-edge Agentic AI platforms and products. This is an opportunity to be directly involved in developing pioneering AI products, working alongside leading engineering and research teams, and shaping how the business applies AI to real-world operations.
Responsibilities
AI platforms and products (AI Agents, AI Platforms, LLM-based products).
Work directly with Product, Engineering, and Data Science/AI Research teams to translate business requirements into roadmaps, implementation plans, and specific sprint backlogs.
Manage project scope, timeline, resources, and budget; ensure milestones are delivered on time and to the required quality standard.
Monitor and assess technical and operational risks related to AI Agent deployment (accuracy, model operating costs, scalability, data security); propose timely solutions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and technology partners (AI model providers, cloud platforms, API integrations) to ensure product progress and quality.
Develop and maintain project documentation: PRDs, test plans, operational documentation, and periodic progress reports for leadership.
Establish and track performance metrics (KPIs/OKRs) for AI products post-deployment (automation rate, user satisfaction, processing time, etc.).
Promote an Agile/Scrum working culture within the team; organize sprint planning, retrospectives, and product demos.
Research trends in AI Agent technology, LLMs, RAG, MCP, etc. to advise on product direction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Product Manager in the technology sector, with experience delivering AI/Machine Learning/Data projects preferred.
Understanding of AI Agent concepts, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and API/MCP integration is a strong advantage.
Experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies; proficient with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Notion, Trello, etc.).
Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-departmental coordination skills; able to work effectively with both technical teams (Engineers, Data Scientists) and business teams.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English (equivalent to IELTS 5.5+ or TOEIC 650+).
PMP or Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) is an advantage.
Prior experience deploying AI Agent products, chatbots, or AI-driven process automation platforms is preferred.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
