Responsibilities
1. Mobile App Development
Participate in developing and upgrading a food-delivery app on Flutter for iOS and Android.
Build features for customers, drivers/shippers, restaurant partners, and the operations team.
Optimize performance, user experience (UX/UI), and app scalability.
Integrate with Backend systems via RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or intermediary services.
2. Solution Design & Development
Analyze business requirements from Business and Operations to build suitable technical solutions.
Design app architecture ensuring stability, security, and scalability.
Build shared modules, components, and libraries to improve development efficiency.
3. Testing & Quality Optimization
Perform Unit Tests, Widget Tests, and Integration Tests for the app.
Coordinate with QA/QC to fix bugs and improve product quality.
Monitor, analyze, and resolve issues arising in Production.
4. Project Delivery Collaboration
Work closely with Product Owner, Business Analyst, UI/UX Designer, Backend Developer, and QA throughout the product lifecycle.
Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and contribute to improving the software development process.
Support deploying, operating, and optimizing digital products for food delivery.
Requirements
Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
5+ years of experience developing Mobile apps with Flutter.
Proficient in Dart and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
Experience developing and publishing apps on the App Store and Google Play.
Experience integrating APIs, Firebase, Push Notifications, Google Maps, or similar services.
Technical Skills
Understanding of State Management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, GetX, or equivalent).
Experience with Clean Architecture, MVVM, or modern software design patterns.
Proficient in Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum development.
Understanding of performance optimization, mobile app security, and offline data handling.
Preferred
Experience developing products in Food Delivery, E-commerce, Ride-Hailing, Logistics, or Super Apps.
Experience with digital maps and real-time tracking.
Understanding of Microservices, Cloud Platform, and Mobile Analytics.
Involvement in large-scale projects serving hundreds of thousands of users or more.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
