Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable, maintainable Android application architecture.
Optimize application performance, including startup time, memory usage, and crash rate.
Build and enhance user experiences across a wide range of Android devices.
Develop features related to digital maps, real-time data, navigation, and offline-first capabilities.
Contribute to defining the technical direction, conducting code reviews, and improving overall product quality.
Collaborate with Backend Engineers, Product Owners, and Designers to deliver features end to end.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in Android application development.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Kotlin.
In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
Hands-on experience with MVVM, Clean Architecture, and application modularization.
Strong performance optimization mindset and experience troubleshooting production issues.
Ability to work independently, demonstrate strong ownership, and take a proactive approach to work.
Nice-to-have Qualifications
Experience building SDKs or platform-level components.
Knowledge of Flutter or iOS development.
Experience working on large-scale products with a significant user base.
Ability to mentor team members and share technical knowledge.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
