Senior PLM/ALM

• Take ownership of the operation, administration, and stability of the PLM/ALM system, ensuring system availability, reliability, and compliance with committed company KPIs/SLAs.

• Manage and oversee product lifecycle data, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity across the system, including eBOM, mBOM, sBOM, and related product data.

• Manage, monitor, and optimize business processes within the system, including Workflow, Document Management, BOM, and other product lifecycle-related processes.

• Receive, analyze, coordinate, and resolve system incidents; proactively identify root causes, work with relevant stakeholders, and implement preventive actions to minimize recurrence.

• Analyze, evaluate, and validate user requirements; develop implementation plans and coordinate the delivery of complex business requirements within agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.

• Collaborate closely with IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other relevant functions to implement, operate, and continuously improve the system in alignment with business needs.

• Identify and drive system and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, optimize business processes, and improve user experience.

• As a Team Leader, take responsibility for team management and development, including work allocation, performance monitoring, periodic work reviews, onboarding and training of new employees, recruitment support, and personnel recommendations for appropriate roles.

• Develop and monitor team operational KPIs, organize performance evaluation and job-level assessment for team members, and support management in executing the company's strategic objectives.

• Represent the team in cross-functional communication, coordination, and reporting with relevant departments, ensuring information is communicated accurately, clearly, and in a timely manner.

Qualifications / Professional Competencies / Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in software/system operations, system administration, or business process management; experience in team leadership or coordination is preferred.

• Solid knowledge and practical experience in PLM/ALM or related business processes, including Workflow, Document Management, BOM, and system integration.

• Experience in product data management, particularly eBOM/mBOM/sBOM, is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective system improvement solutions.

• Strong ability to analyze, evaluate, clarify, and validate user requirements, and translate business needs into practical solutions and implementation plans.

• Proven ability to plan, organize, and coordinate the implementation of complex business requirements, including timeline and stakeholder management.

• Strong team management and people development skills, with experience in coaching, onboarding, task allocation, performance evaluation, and employee development.

• Ability to establish, manage, and monitor operational KPIs, while supporting management in implementing strategic objectives and initiatives.

• Good English communication skills, particularly for business communication, technical documentation, and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL, PMP, or equivalent IT service management/project management certifications are an advantage.

• Experience working in manufacturing, engineering, R&D, or product lifecycle management environments.

• Experience in PLM/ALM system implementation, upgrade, integration, or transformation projects.

• Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team and build a professional, collaborative, and high-performing working environment.
