We are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist with a strong execution mindset and a results orientation to lead and deliver training programs that enhance employee capability, leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.
Responsibilities
A. Learning & Development Program Management (70%)
1. Training planning
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with leaders and stakeholders.
Build quarterly and annual training plans aligned with the organization's goals and direction.
Design Learning Roadmaps for employees, managers and the leadership team.
Manage mandatory training, Onboarding, leadership development, compliance training and professional-capability programs.
2. Training program delivery
Own the full lifecycle of training programs, including:
Leadership development programs.
Professional and business-capability training programs.
Onboarding and mandatory training programs.
Corporate culture and behavioral-capability development programs.
Coordinate training schedules, trainers, training partners, venues, logistics and communication to learners.
Ensure programs are delivered on schedule, within budget and achieve their learning objectives.
Directly deliver or facilitate training as an Internal Trainer/Facilitator on relevant topics.
3. Training operations & LMS administration
Manage learning records and training data on the Learning Management System (LMS).
Build and provide training reports and dashboards for management.
Maintain and improve training processes, policies and operations per organizational regulations.
B. Learning Culture & Employee Engagement (30%)
Help organize employee-engagement activities such as Team Building, Town Halls, Workshops and corporate-culture development programs.
Build communication materials and run campaigns to promote a learning culture and spread core values and organizational culture.
Collect employee feedback, analyze it and propose initiatives to improve engagement and the work environment.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology or related fields.
A Master's degree or professional certifications in Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Development or equivalent fields is preferred.
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Development, Training Operations or related roles.
Experience managing and delivering large-scale training programs from planning to effectiveness evaluation.
Candidates with experience in technology, digital-transformation, engineering, Fintech, AI or fast-growth environments are preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong grasp of Adult Learning principles and Instructional Design methods.
Strong project-management and Stakeholder Management skills.
Presentation, facilitation and effective-communication skills.
Experience managing training data, building reports and Learning Analytics.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to proactively lead and influence stakeholders to drive learning and development initiatives.

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
- Proactively manage time to complete 08 working hours/day.
