UI/UX Designer
About the company
VinSmart Future (VSF) is Vingroup's technology company, formed by merging the Group's entire technology ecosystem. As a core driver of Vingroup's future growth, VSF is AI-first - with artificial intelligence as the foundation of everything we build. With a talented team of nearly 4,000 local and international technology experts, VSF focuses on creating high-utility technologies that enhance lives and connect data, models, and infrastructure to unlock new possibilities.
The Vinhomes Market UI/UX Design team is undertaking a full redesign of the market.vinhomes.vn platform — a real-estate marketplace with many parallel business flows: primary projects, secondary transfers, rentals, commercial spaces, and the "Living at Vinhomes" content. This is a UI-leaning role focused on elevating the visual quality and experience for the customer (B2C) channel — operating alongside another team responsible for internal products (admin CMS, sales/agent apps) that share one design system.
Responsibilities
Design UI/UX for the key pages of market.vinhomes.vn
Ensure visual quality at a high level of detail: typography, spacing, information hierarchy, micro-interactions, images/video — aligned with Vinhomes' premium real-estate brand positioning.
Propose and test creative design directions for new components (banners, dynamic content blocks, mobile experiences) based on Product insights and behavioral data (GA4).
Work closely with Product to evaluate and decide on information architecture (e.g., keeping/removing a section, designing province/city filters instead of by region).
Design consistently for both desktop and mobile, ensuring a coherent experience across screen variants.
Follow and contribute to the shared Vinhomes Market design system — propose new components when needed and coordinate with the CMS/App team to avoid fragmenting the system.
Present and defend design decisions with clear reasoning to Business owners, Product, Data, Customer Service and Legal.
Requirements
Required
At least 3 years of experience designing UI/UX for customer-facing (B2C) digital products, preferably in real estate, e-commerce, banking, travel or premium consumer finance.
Excellent UI skills: a clear aesthetic sense and refined attention to detail (typography, color, spacing, imagery).
Logical, systematic thinking: the ability to understand, follow and extend an existing design system without breaking its consistency.
Proficient in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants); able to read link flows (connectors) and complex interaction states.
Able to design responsively for both desktop and mobile, understanding the behavioral differences between the two platforms.
Able to read basic user-behavior data (GA4 or similar tools) to support design decisions.
Adapts quickly to a fast pace, handles multiple parallel design streams well, and ships quickly while maintaining quality.
Preferred (not required)
Experience redesigning a live product (not building from scratch) — knowing how to design within real data, technical and organizational constraints.
Experience in a large enterprise environment with many stakeholders (Product, Data, Legal, Customer Service).
Foundational knowledge of CMS/admin dashboards — enough to collaborate effectively with the System Design team, even without owning that area.
