General Accountant (E-wallet / Digital Payment)

Responsibilities
Prepare periodic financial statements (monthly/quarterly/annual); consolidate and reconcile figures with the parent company and member units within the group
Perform adjusting entries, cost allocation, fixed-asset depreciation, and control accounting balances
Reconcile cash flow, balances, and fee revenue from e-wallet / payment gateway transactions; record and control payables with payment intermediary partners, banks, and merchants (additional)
Declare and finalize taxes: VAT, PIT, CIT — ensuring on-time compliance with Vietnamese law
Operate and update figures on accounting software (MISA / Fast / SAP), ensuring accurate and consistent data
Coordinate with the annual independent audit and support tax authority inspections and audits
Analyze monthly/quarterly cost and revenue variances; prepare figures for budgeting and financial forecasting
Build and improve internal control processes, detecting and handling discrepancies promptly
Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and support the Chief Accountant with requested analyses
Requirements
Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance
Minimum 3–5 years of general accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or technology-company environment
Candidates with experience in e-wallet, payment intermediary, or payment gateway; understanding transaction reconciliation, settlement cash flow, and transaction-fee accounting are preferred (additional)
Solid understanding of current tax regulations
Experience with ERP software or MISA, Fast Accounting
Skills
Proficient in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Power Query)
Analytical mindset, careful, able to work under pressure at month/quarter-end
Good communication and effective collaboration with related departments

Working Hours
- 05 official working days at the office (Monday – Friday).
- 02 remote working days per month on Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Flexible working hours with check-in window from 08:30 – 09:30.
